Damn, that sucks 🙁 I think they’ve taken proper precautions to avoid this but if it wasn’t stored properly, that can happen. Try shopping from Amazon.In if you’d like! I buy most of my stuff from them & in case you have any issue, they process refunds or exchanges without issue (much easier / quicker than Nykaa in that regard).
